Richard "trey" Fischer
Trey served as an Officer and US Navy SEAL for over 12 years. His experiences led him across the globe with multiple deployments ranging from the Middle East, Africa, and Central America. He was blessed and honored to have led and served some of the greatest patriots this country has to offer. Trey has a deep passion of working in team-based environments, always believing nothing truly great can be done alone. Since leaving the SEAL Teams, he has found a new passion and purpose of helping others reach their highest potential and overcome any obstacle.
Zak Purcell
After completing his degree in business, Zak knew being an entrepreneur was the path for him. 10 years later, he has experience owning and operating many businesses in a variety of industries including retail sales, e-commerce, and the service industry. Zak’s passion has always been building businesses that serve others and his local community.

We will be available to you whenever and wherever you need us. We believe in mission first!
Our methods are uniquely styled from a hybrid approach to tackling problems drawing from the SEAL Teams and private sector leaders. We want to ensure you see as leaders, teams, and individuals the “why”. You will quickly observe how necessary our training is to help you reach the Tier One level!

What levels within an organization does Tier One work? Does Tier One have a preferred size to work with?
At Tier One, our services can range from providing symposium style instruction to a large audience to working with individuals one-on-one.
Ideally, to get the most effective development for leaders and teams, the audience size should range from 15-30 personnel. This can be from high level leadership, mid management, or ground floor personnel.
Our training and support does not stop when the contract ends. Tier One personnel will periodically check in with each entity or individual we provide services to via Zoom, phone, email, etc. The job is never done!
How does Tier One develop an individualized plan?
We will develop our plan with an initial consultation with each client, either virtually or in person. From there, we will identify and address the needs of each client to draft our Course of Action. Once the plan is drafted, it will then be briefed with the client to ensure we are meeting the desired intent and need. We only have one option : Mission Success. We are not satisfied unless you are!
